+ Are your teas organic?

Yes! Being completely organic was a big deal for us. Ordering our herbs from certified organic businesses was very important.

+ Why the different sizes in weight?

When blending herbal teas, we are working with leaves, flowers and some roots. The roots weigh more than the leaves and flowers and this is reflected in the different weights.

+ Are your teas caffeinated?

Yes ! We now offer two caffeinated blends, Earl Grey + Jasmine Green. All our other blends are herbal containing no caffeine.

+ Are your teas safe if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Some definitely are, but this is a Q we suggest you chat to your healthcare provider about.

+ I’m on a medication, is having an herbal tea safe?

Some are! But again, definitely something to chat to your healthcare provider about.

+ Any negative side effects?

There should not be any side effects from any of the teas, however if you do find yourself reacting poorly to any of the blends, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner.

We ship to Canada + United States.

+ How do you ship?

All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post and shipping times will vary depending on the location.

+ How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate of $10 shipping fee on all our orders shipped in Canada and $20 in the United States. Canadian orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping with code FREESHIP50.

+ What if my order gets damaged on its travels?

We do our best to protect your goods against damage. If any damage occurs on its travel, please reach out to us at and we will sort everything out for you!


+ How long will it take to process my order?

Your order will be processed within 1 business day of purchase.

+ When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post within 1-5 business days from purchase. An email will always be sent letting you know your order has shipped with a tracking number. Locations outside of Ontario, Canada will have longer shipping times.

+ Will I be charged tax?

You will be charged the appropriate tax based on your Province or Territory where your order is being delivered to.


+ Am I able to return my order?

All items purchased are final sale. If you have any issues at all, do not hesitate to contact us and we will take care of you!
