Tip: Add a heaping teaspoon of honey to this cup. Honey will soothe your sore throat and work at that cough. A great remedy before bed.

Key Ingredients:

→ Sambucus nigra: the idyllic botanical for colds and flus supporting immune health
→ Echinacea spp: stimulates your immune system helping you resist infections, targets the upper respiratory tract
→ Eupatorium perfoliatum: the best when it comes to relieving typical cold & flu symptoms. Relieving aches and pains and clearing congestion. 


Scoop 1-2 teaspoons into your favorite mug. Add 250ml of hot water. Let steep covered for 10-15 minutes. Sip slowly and enjoy thoroughly. 


→ Do not use if you are allergic to plants in the daisy (Asterceae) family such as chamomile or Echinacea. Discontinue use if any allergy occurs. 
→ Do not take if diagnosed with hypertension, severe kidney insufficiency, heart disease, or impaired liver function.
