Key Ingredients:

Rubus idaeus (Red Raspberry) will work to strengthen and tone the uterus following pregnancy. 
Avena sativa (Oatstraw) is rich in B vitamins, magnesium, iron, vitamins A, C, E, and K, helping replenish our nutrients post-delivery. It is very nutritive to the nervous system, literally feeding our frayed nerves. 
Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) considered a cooling nervine, this herb has been used for its nervine action for centuries. Soothing anxiety and nervousness. It really is a gentle feel good kind of botanical. 
Matricaria recutita (Chamomile) works at tonifying the nervous system, but has a carminative action. Making this herb very soothing to the digestive tract. 
Rosa spp. (Rosehips) the fruit of the rose containing a high level of vitamin C. They are also a good source of folate, magnesium, potassium, and calcium. 


1 teaspoon per 250ml of hot water. Steep covered for 3-5 minutes.
