→ Avena sativa: nutritive to the nervous system when under stress and fatigued
→ Passiflora incarnata: depresses the central nervous system, reducing any nervous tension and restlessness
→ Valeriana officinalis: will reduce nervous tension, any anxiety, and that feeling of being overexcited
Scoop 1-2 teaspoons into your favorite mug. Add 250ml of hot water. Let steep covered for 10-15 minutes. Sip slowly and enjoy thoroughly.
→ Do not use if you are allergic to plants in the daisy (Asterceae) family such as chamomile or Echinacea. Discontinue use if any allergy occurs
