→ Lavendula officinalis: gently strengthen the nervous system reducing nervous debility and exhaustion
→ Schisandra chinensis: help increase memory and cognitive functions while resisting that stress response
Scoop 1-2 teaspoons into your favorite mug. Add 250ml of hot water. Let steep covered for 10-15 minutes. Sip slowly and enjoy thoroughly.
