Key Ingredients:

Taraxacum officinalis (Dandelion Root): a liver tonic known to clear excess heat, stagnation, and supports the clearing of metabolic waste. It has an affinity for the liver and gallbladder, relieving congestion in these organs. Dandelion has a bitter quality, which will help activate digestion and metabolism. 
Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle): is almost always indicated when the liver appears to be stressed. Relieving and nourishing the body through its restorative and protective actions on the liver. 
Ocimum tenuiflorum (Tulsi): with an abundance of health supportive properties, it is most well know for nourishing the body, mind, and spirit by balancing and resisting stress. Through its adaptogenic properties, it can bring your body back to balance when you feel its gone off track. Traditionally, tulsi was used to support the cleansing of our liver. 
Urtica dioica (Nettle): known to be the quintessential nourishing herb; used to nourish, support, and energize the body. As an alterative, it purifies the blood assisting the body by detoxifying metabolic wastes. 


1 teaspoon / 250 ml hot water; steep for 5-10 minutes
