Take a deep breath and settle in. This calming lavender, chamomile blend will provide the reset you’re craving. With oatstraw and schisandra to provide resilience. Steep and repeat.
Add 1-2 tsp of loose leaf tea to your strainer, teapot or mug. Heat water to just before boiling, pour over herbs. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Re-steep when needed.
